Amid military operations carried out by the United States and Israel against Iran, the price of 1,000 cubic meters of gas in Europe exceeded $465 during today’s trading session, APA-Economics reports.
On March 2, the price of April futures on the Title Transfer Facility (TTF) index — Europe’s most liquid virtual trading hub — reached $465.4, which is 19.3% higher compared to the previous settlement price of $390.1.
Since December 31, 2020, Azerbaijani gas has been transported to Europe via the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
