On August 12, President of Albania Bajram Begaj made a phone call to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
Begaj congratulated the Azerbaijani leader on the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as on the signing of the declaration and other documents with the mediation and in the presence of the President of the United States.
He particularly emphasized Ilham Aliyev's determination and leadership in this process and highly appreciated the support provided by the US President.
