Azerbaijan and Armenia shall establish diplomatic relations, says the initialed text of the Agreement on Establishment of Peace and Inter-State relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia, APA reports.
It was mentioned that, within days after the exchange of instruments of ratification of this Agreement by both Parties, the Parties shall establish diplomatic relations between them in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Conventions on Diplomatic and Consular Relations (1961 and 1963, respectively).
