On July 25, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovakia to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Milan Lajčák, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic tenure in Azerbaijan, the Foreign Ministry told APA.
The meeting exchanged views on the issues of current cooperation between Azerbaijan and Slovakia, as well as the current situation in the region and the world.
Ambassador Milan Laičak was thanked for his efforts in developing Azerbaijan-Slovakia bilateral and multilateral cooperation during his tenure in Azerbaijan, and wished success in his future endeavors.
Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed during the meeting.
