A mine incident occurred on July 10, 2025, in the territory of Hasangaya village, Aghdara district, the Press Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, and Mine Action Agency of The Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA).
It was stated that Qulu Tufan oglu Guliyev, born in 1979, was injured in his left leg as a result of an anti-personnel mine explosion while herding livestock in the uncleared area of Hasangaya village.
An investigation into the incident is being conducted by the Tartar District Prosecutor's Office.
