Free economic zones will be established in Karabakh, Elmar Mammadov, Head of the Economic Cooperation Department at Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said during the “High-Level Perspectives: The Role of Youth in Regional Development” panel at the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Youth Forum in Aghdam, dedicated to “Enhancing the Role of Youth in Building a Sustainable and Climate-Resilient Future,” APA reports.
Mammadov also noted that projects related to the green economy are currently being implemented in the recently liberated territories.
