Iran and Washington are at the final stage of work on a 14-point memorandum of understanding, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baghaei said on Saturday, APA reports citing Fars News Agency .
"Our goal was to develop a 14-point memorandum of understanding, which would cover the most important issues necessary to end the conflict and those of fundamental importance to us. We are currently finalising this memorandum of understanding," Baghaei was quoted as saying by Iran's Fars news agency.
