A dialogue titled “A New Deal for Housing Finance” has been organized within the framework of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku, APA-Economics reports.
First Deputy Finance Minister of Azerbaijan Anar Karimov, officials from UN-Habitat and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), as well as representatives from India, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and other countries are participating in the event.
The discussions focus on affordable housing finance, mortgage systems, financial opportunities for low-income families, and sustainable urban development.
