Bail has been posted for the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, the HACC press service confirmed to UNN.
According to a representative of the HACC, the fundraising began last Friday, May 15.
"Currently, the entire amount, which is 140 million UAH, has been received in our account," the HACC informed.
Recall that on May 14, 2026, a HACC judge ordered detention for the former head of the OP Yermak with the possibility of 140 million UAH bail. SAPO prosecutors had requested the amount be set at 180 million hryvnias.
Following the court's decision, Yermak stated that he did not have the necessary amount to post bail and would file an appeal.
