President of the Republic of Kenya William Samoei Ruto arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports.
The guest was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defence Industry Vugar Mustafayev and other officials.
