Today, Deputy Prime Minister and Co-Chair of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Samir Sharifov met with Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing and head of the Saudi delegation that arrived in Baku to participate in the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports.
During the meeting, satisfaction was expressed with the holding of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum in Baku and Saudi Arabia’s participation in the Forum.
It was stated that the current state of economic cooperation between the two countries was satisfactory. An exchange of views was also held on issues related to modern urban planning and the prospects of economic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
