Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Kubanychbek Omuraliev arrived in Azerbaijan on April 1, APA reports.
The guest was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Head of Department of Eastern Europe, South Caucasus, Western and Central Asia of MFA of the Republic of Azerbaijan Gursel Ismayilzade and other officials.
