The Turkish foreign minister met with Ukraine’s chief negotiator, the Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday, APA reports.
The meeting between Hakan Fidan and Rustem Umerov took place in the capital Ankara, the ministry said on Turkish social media company NSosyal.
