The consequences of the conflict in the Middle East are difficult to predict, even for those involved, Russian President Vladimir Putin said while speaking at the congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, the consequences of the conflict in the Middle East could be compared to the coronavirus pandemic.
Putin stated that Russia is managing to maintain macroeconomic stability: “We must be cautious. If markets change in one direction today, they may change in another tomorrow. In the context of global economic transformation, partnership between the government and business is essential.”
