An earthquake has been recorded in the Caspian Sea, the Republican Seismological Service Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences told APA.
It was reported that the earthquake measured 3.1 in magnitude and occurred at a depth of 13 km at 13:57 local time.
