Türkiye is ready to partially open the border with Armenia from the new year, APA reports, citing "Graparak".
According to the information, the border will be partially opened and third-country citizens and persons holding diplomatic passports will be able to cross it.
It is reported that the border will still remain closed for cargo transportation.
