The period of socio-economic support measures for Ukrainian citizens who entered Georgia due to the ongoing military operations in Ukraine and for persons with the right to permanent residence in Ukraine has been extended, APA's local bureau reports.
By the decision of Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, an allowance of 300 lari (111.3 USD) per family and 45 lari (17 USD) per person will be provided until April 1, 2026.
According to another decision, Ukrainian citizens who entered Georgia due to the war in Ukraine until that date and permanently remained in the country will also be able to receive medical assistance.
