Today in Yerevan, an armed individual entered a bank branch, stole a large sum of money, and fled the scene, APA reports, citing Armenian press.
According to the reports, the stolen amount exceeds 1 million drams (approximately 2,600 USD).
It is noted that during the incident, the armed person entered the bank branch located at 25 Shinararner Street with a sign hanging around his neck. The sign reportedly read: “If you do not give me my money, I will blow it up in 20 seconds.”
An investigation is underway, and the search for the perpetrator continues.
