The UK Prime Minister’s office has issued a statement regarding the meeting between Keir Starmer and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, APA reports.
The office described tomorrow’s planned meeting between the US and Russian leaders as an opportunity to advance toward peace.
The statement stressed that peace can only be achieved if Putin proves he is serious.
It added that Starmer and Zelensky agreed to maintain close contact in the coming days and declared their determination to demonstrate united resolve in establishing peace in Ukraine.
