On August 13, the first-ever military parade dedicated to Independence Day and Victory of Truth was held in Islamabad, the capital of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Ministry of Defense told APA.
The parade was attended by Pakistan’s political and military leadership, as well as Colonel General Karim Valiyev, First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army; representatives of Azerbaijan’s Embassy and military attaché office in Pakistan; and other official guests.
The Azerbaijani Army’s parade unit represented the country at the event, which featured participants from the armed forces of various nations.
