Azerbaijan's budget revenues exceed forecast by more than AZN 700 million

In January–July 2025, state budget revenues amounted to 23,480.9 million manats, exceeding the seven-month forecast by 707.9 million manats or 3.1 percent, the Ministry of Finance told APA-Economics.

According to the information, revenues collected through the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 10,560.8 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 598.0 million manats or 6.0 percent, revenues from the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 26.9 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 6.9 million manats or 34.4 percent, other revenues amounted to 488.0 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 323.3 million manats or 2.96 times and the transfer from the State Oil Fund amounted to 8,447.3 million manats, fulfilling 100 percent of the forecast.

At the same time, revenues from the State Customs Committee amounted to 3,589.2 million manats, which is 102.8 million manats or 2.8 percent less than the forecast. Revenues from paid services of organizations financed from the state budget amounted to 368.7 million manats, which is 117.5 million manats or 24.2 percent less than the forecast.

As for expenditures, during the 7 months of 2025, state budget expenditures amounted to 19,944.6 million manats against the forecasted 20,586.9 million manats, which is 96.9 percent of the planned amount.
