In July, 118 people were admitted to the Toxicology Department of the Clinical Medical Center due to poisoning, APA reports.
Of those admitted, 39 had drug poisoning, 47 were poisoned by vinegar acid, and 4 were poisoned by solvent solutions.
Additionally, 20 people were hospitalized due to snake bites, 3 due to allergic reactions, 3 due to botulism, and 2 due to mushroom poisoning.
Despite doctors' efforts, 3 of the poisoned individuals (1 female and 2 males) passed away.
The deaths were recorded as a result of vinegar acid and drug poisoning.
