Fuzuli and Arkadag cities will become twin cities, the Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, said during a trilateral meeting with the President of Uzbekistan and the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan in Avaza, APA reports.
He noted that during his visit to Azerbaijan, an agreement was reached with President Ilham Aliyev on the construction of a mosque in the Fuzuli district, as well as on the twinning of Fuzuli and Arkadag cities.
