A media tour was organized to Aghdam city secondary school No. 1, APA reports.
Journalists participating in the media tour were informed about the school with a capacity of 960 students.
Head of the Karabakh Regional Education Department Sanan Mansimli said that the building will house 43 classrooms, 16 administrative rooms, a science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics center called STEAM consisting of 7 rooms, physics, chemistry and biology laboratories equipped with modern technological equipment, computer science and pre-service training rooms, a library, a museum, and a 352-seat cafeteria. In addition, a 468-seat assembly hall and two indoor gyms, as well as outdoor football and basketball courts, have been put at the disposal of teachers and students for holding various events at the school.
It should be noted that on July 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the inauguration of the building of Aghdam city secondary school No. 1 with a capacity of 960 students.
