On July 10, the 3rd extraordinary session of the General Assembly of the International Civil Defence Organization commenced in Baku, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov attended the event.
At the opening ceremony, Ali Asadov read out the address of President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the participants of the 3rd extraordinary session of the General Assembly of the International Civil Defence Organization.
