The State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture and Kenya’s Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development have signed a memorandum of understanding, APA reports.
The memorandum was signed within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
