An education affairs adviser has been appointed to the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, APA reports.
Rashad Khanlarov has been appointed to this position.
Note that prior to this appointment, Rashad Khanlarov served as head of the Department for Citizen Services and Documentation at the Ministry of Science and Education, held managerial positions in various international companies, and also worked as director of the Baku State Vocational Education Center for Industry and Innovations.
Recall that education affairs advisers operate in some Azerbaijani embassies in order to promote educational opportunities in the Republic of Azerbaijan, develop cooperation in the field of education with foreign countries, support Azerbaijani citizens studying at educational institutions of foreign states and the protection of their educational rights, as well as ensure relevant coordination in this direction.
