Mohamed Younis al-Menfi, President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) of the United Nations, APA reports.
The high-level guest was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture Adil Karimli and other officials.
