White House said Tuesday that President Donald Trump has been made aware of Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s proposed two-week ceasefire to allow for diplomatic negotiations between the US and Iran to continue, adding that “a response will come”, APA reports citing CNN.
“The President has been made aware of the proposal, and a response will come,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told CNN in a statement.
