U.S. military operations in Iran are close to completion and will end very soon, said U.S. President Donald Trump during an address to the nation at the White House.
“We will finish this very soon. We are very close. I would like to thank our allies in the Middle East – Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain. They have been outstanding, and we will not allow them to be harmed or to fail in any way,” Trump said.
Trump also noted that the United States is close to achieving the main objectives of its operation against Iran.
“Our armed forces have performed extremely well. There has never been anything like this militarily before. Everyone is saying this. Tonight, I am pleased to report that we are close to achieving these key strategic objectives,” he added.
