Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, arrived in Azerbaijan on 1 April.
AzerNEWS reports, citing Azertag that, the guest was received at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Gursel Ismayilzadeh, Head of the Department for Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, Western and Central Asia at Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with other officials.
