China's foreign minister Wang Yi has been speaking to his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araqchi, APA reports citing Reuters.
Wang called on parties to seize all opportunities to start peace talks as soon as possible, according to a statement from his ministry.
He told Araqchi that "all hotspot issues should be resolved through dialogue and negotiation, not by using force," the ministry said.
