Tajik President congratulates President Ilham Aliyev on Zayed Human Fraternity Award

President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has addressed a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his receiving the prestigious Zayed Human Fraternity Award, APA reports.
