Iran is ready to sit at the negotiating table, said Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who is visiting Istanbul, at a joint press conference with Hakan Fidan, APA’s Türkiye bureau reports.
Araghchi stressed that Iran is always ready for nuclear talks: “We support a negotiation process in which our legal rights can also be taken into account. The Islamic Republic of Iran is particularly ready to sit at the table regarding negotiations. We have always advocated that our nuclear talks be conducted within a framework of peace that is fair, equal, and based on mutual trust,” Araghchi said.
He emphasized that the intentions of the United States are not good.
