Turkish Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler congratulated Azerbaijan on November 8 Victory Day and November 9 National Flag Day, APA's bureau in Türkiye reports.
The minister called the victory of the Azerbaijani Army in Karabakh a “historic and epic struggle”:
“The glorious Azerbaijani Army showed courage and determination to liberate its native Karabakh from occupation. Türkiye's strength is Azerbaijan’s strength, and Azerbaijan’s strength is Türkiye's strength,” the minister emphasized.
