Iraqi head of state congratulates President Ilham Aliyev on Independence Day

The President of the Republic of Iraq, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
