President of Sri Lanka congratulates Azerbaijani head of state on Independence Day

The President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Anura Kumara Dissanayake, has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
