The first panel discussion dedicated to the topic “Foreign Policy and Multilateral Diplomacy in a Changing World Order” was held within the IX Conference of Heads of Diplomatic Service Bodies themed “Foreign Policy of Azerbaijan after the Restoration of Sovereignty: Priorities and Challenges,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan said in a post on its X platform, APA reports.
It was reported that the panel discussion took place with the participation of Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Ministers Araz Azimov and Yalchin Rafiyev as the main speakers.
As part of the panel, the priorities created by the realities of the post-conflict period in Azerbaijan’s foreign policy, the status of the normalization process and existing challenges, security issues that could affect the country amid regional and international threats, as well as current challenges and opportunities within the framework of activities on multilateral platforms were analyzed.
