Kazakhstan proposes to host the Environmental Summit, said Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov at the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), APA's correspondent dispatched to Khankendi reports.
The Kazakh Prime Minister emphasized the importance of adopting ECO’s 2035 Strategy: “I believe this Strategy will be adopted at the ECO Council of Foreign Ministers meeting in Kazakhstan this November.”
He also thanked Azerbaijan for assisting in the evacuation of Kazakh citizens during the Israel-Iran confrontation, adding that holding the Summit in Khankendi demonstrates Azerbaijan’s commitment to peace and development.
