The summit being held in Khankendi carries special significance, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said at the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), APA’s correspondent dispatched to Khankendi reports.
The Turkish President stated that he believes Khankendi will become a new center of development and peace in the Caucasus.
