Passenger train from Pyongyang reaches Moscow after 5-year hiatus

After a 5-year pause, the Pyongyang-Moscow passenger train has arrived in Moscow, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports citing the Russian Ministry of Transport.

It was stated that the train coming from Pyongyang arrived at Moscow’s Yaroslavsky railway station.

Note that due to the coronavirus pandemic, direct international transportation between Russia and North Korea, which had been suspended since 2020, will now be carried out twice a month. The travel time on the Moscow-Pyongyang train is a little over 8 days.
